Solution 2 -
Clearing your web browser cache |
Sometimes your
Internet browser may be the cause of the
problems you experience on broadcast.
To fix your problem, you may need to clear
your browser�s cache.
Please follow the instructions below. |

Firefox |
 |
1. Click
"Tools" and select "Clear Recent History..."
2. Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are
selected.
3. Select "Everything" next to "Time range
to clear."
4. Click on "Clear Now."
5. Exit and re-launch browser. |

Google Chrome |
 |
1. Click the
wrench icon (near the close button on
top-right corner).
2. Click Settings
3. Click Show Advanced Settings
4. Under Privacy, Click "Clear Browsing
Data..."
5. Select "Empty the Cache" and "Delete
Cookies"
6. Select "the beginning of time" next to
"Obliterate the following items from."
7. Exit and relaunch browser. |

Internet Explorer |

1. On the
Internet Explorer Tools menu, click
"Internet Options."
2. The Internet Options box should open to
the "General" tab.
3. On the "General" tab, in the Temporary
Internet Files section, click the "Delete
Files" button.
4. From the same tab, select "Delete
Cookies."
5. Click "Close" and restart the browser. |

1. Select
"Safari" on the top bar
2. Select Reset Safari... .
3. From the menu, select "Remove all website
data," which covers both cookies and cache. |
